Because Nobody Expects the Professional Bio!

Emi spent over a decade converting behaviour into spreadsheets, forecasts, pretty pictures, and strategic plans (with pizzaz!) After more than a decade of this noble pursuit, she stepped away from full-time corporate leadership, though she consults when someone needs a translator between organizational objectives and the reality of the humans expected to deliver them.

Emi Linds from Canada smiling while holding her young daughter outdoors, surrounded by sunlight and green foliage.

What I Do

1. Behavioural Marketing Strategy: Reposition your message to match how people actually decide - not how you wish they would. (E.g. Conversion copywriting, campaign psychology, sales enablement)

2. RevOps & Adoption Systems: Translate process friction into actionable design. (E.g. CRM optimization, funnel clarity, behavioural A/B testing.)

3. Leadership Communication Under Pressure: Equip teams to stay clear, persuasive, and emotionally steady in volatile conditions. (E.g. Coaching for marketing, sales, and teams in crisis.)
